I searched for snoo repairs on Yelp after ours wasn’t gliding smoothly. I found Snoozy Mama but there were no reviews. After a quick google search and reading all the reviews and browsing through their website, I knew this was a trustworthy company. Brittany promptly answered all my questions and sent a technician out the next day to my home. Our snoo was fixed in a jiffy. So SO happy I found Britney and her Snoo company! She was so sweet and quick with her responses. She made sure I felt comfortable with her product, answered every question and gave me reassurance with anything I was feeling. I loved how she gives the options to rent for days, weeks or months and gives you the choice to pick up for free or pay a $50 fee for drop off. If anyone wants to use a Snoo but doesn’t want to fork out a down payment on a car for one, I HIGHLY recommend renting from here! Brittany was so easy to work with and so fast with everything. I picked up the Snoo right away, and loved that I had the option to return it if it didn’t work for us. But it’s the Snoo, so of course it did. I’m so glad we did this. As an anxious mom, my biggest fear was my baby rolling over during the transition of out of his swaddle, but the Snoo locked him down so I could sleep without fear. We used it until he was 6 months old and it was easily the best baby product we “purchased” (rented). Thanks so much to Brittany for making this attainable for our family

Brittany is very responsive and easy to communicate with. The rental contract is professional and the rental term is flexible. I would highly recommend Brittany's Snoo rental if you are unsure whether or not to buy one, as you never know if your baby would like it and how long she would like it. It turned out our baby liked it for a couple of weeks, so it's nice to be able to try it out. Come with the rental are three sizes of swaddle fitted to the snoo. We are happy with the rental.
