Q: Why not just buy a second-hand SNOO?

A: Warranty! Rest assured, we offer a full warranty to cover any malfunctions or hiccups when you have one of our SNOO! Since we are a local company, we can guarantee a prompt replacement.

​Cleanliness! Snoozy Mama Sleep Solutions prioritizes your infant's safety! We have the expertise to deep clean the SNOO, getting into every nook and cranny, sterilizing the netting, to create a clean environment for your baby!

Q: Do you offer refunds or prorated rent for early return of the SNOO? 

A: There are NO refunds or prorated rent provided for early return of any SNOO rental option.

Q: Do you price match with other competitors?  

A: Unfortunately, we do not price match with other competitors.

Q: Does my Snoo Rental include the Premium App Subscription?

A: The Premium App Subscription is Not Included with your Snoo Rental. We have recently decreased our monthly rate to accommodate the extra cost of the premium app subscription that Happiest Baby Inc. has recently released.

Q: What is included in the Rental? 

A: Your SNOO rental includes everything you will need to provide your little one with the ultimate sleep environment:

* Pair of Leg Lifters available to rent for a one-time rental fee of $10
(Leg Lifters elevate baby's head safely for comfort, ideal for stuffy noses or spitting up. Compatible with all SNOO legs)

** Pair of Low Legs available for a one-time rental fee of $35
(The Low Legs will keep the base of the bassinet 10 inches above the floor. It's a great option when needing to level the SNOO with a platform bed)

Q: Do you charge a cleaning fee?

A: Yes, we charge a one-time $49 cleaning fee per SNOO reservation. We guarantee that every SNOO is delivered in pristine condition, ensuring a safe and sanitary experience for our customers. (This fee applies to all Snoo Rental Options)

Q: Do you offer Out-of-State SNOO Rentals?

A: Currently, we only ship to some areas located in the Western United States. This includes Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, and Northern California. 

Shipping to these locations will incur a total delivery fee of $129 (This covers both Shipping and Return)

Q: Is there a minimum rental period for Out-of-State SNOO Rentals? 

A: Yes, we require a minimum rental period of 1 Month.

Q: How do I pay you for the Rental/ Repair service?
A: Currently we accept payment through Zelle at Payment@SnoozyMama.com

     Also accepting Venmo and Paypal but this will include a 3% transaction fee.

​

Q: How are monthly payments collected?

A:  An invoice will be sent to your email on file every month you continue to rent. Monthly payments are requested via Zelle on the billing cycle noted in your rental agreement.

​

Q: Do I need to sign a rental agreement?

A: Yes, prior to delivery, a rental agreement will be sent to your email on file for signature. 

​

Q: Do you deliver?

A: Yes, we provide local deliveries in Southern California. We coordinate to deliver to your house. A $59 delivery fee will apply. The fee covers both drop-off and pick-up. Shipping throughout California is also $59. We cover return shipping!

Out-of-State delivery will incur a total shipping fee of $129.

Q: Can I pay you half the delivery fee for one-way trips or to meet you half-way?  

A: If the option of "Free Self-Pick-Up" is selected, the renter is responsible for returning the SNOO at the conclusion of the rental period. Should the renter opt for Snoozy Mama Sleep Solutions to pick up the SNOO on an order originally designated for Self-Pick-Up and Return, a complete delivery fee of $59 will be applied.

Q: Do you deliver to Hotel's and AirBnb/ Vrbo's?

A: Yes, but due to limited delivery and pick up windows we charge a $25 convenance fee.

Q: Can I pick up?

A: Yes! We offer FREE self-pick-up and drop-off at our Eastvale location. You are responsible for returning the SNOO at the conclusion of the rental period.

​

Q: How are the SNOO's cleaned in between each use?

A: Each SNOO undergoes a thorough cleaning between rentals. This process includes complete sanitation of the mesh, all hard surfaces, and the components underneath the SNOO. We ensure that every SNOO is delivered in pristine condition, providing a safe and hygienic environment for your little one.

Q: What happens if the SNOO breaks during my rental period? 

A: No worries! We will replace the broken SNOO with another one!

​

Q: Do you offer a Twin/Triplet discount? 

A: Yes, we offer a 10% discount on the rental rate. 

​

Q: Do I need to return the SNOO sacks and sheets after my rental period ends? 

A: Yes, we require our customers to return all accessories including the SNOO sacks, fitted sheet, and leg lifters.

Q: Do you rent the SNOO Low Legs? 

A: Yes, SNOO Low Legs are available to rent for a one-time fee of $35. (These will keep the base of the bassinet 10" above the floor. Its a great option when needing to level the SNOO with a platform bed)
